Just in case Metroid Prime 4 isn’t enough Metroid news for one day, then how’s this, the 3DS is getting a Metroid game as well.

The game in question is Metroid: Samus Returns, which is being handled by MercurySteam. It is said to be a remake of Metroid II and launches on the 3DS on the 15th of September, 2017.
