Within 24 hours of learning that the Detective Pikachu game for 3DS, has received a rating by PEGI for Europe, we have now been graced with news pertaining the film version. Despite the fact that filming has yet to even begin and the casting of Justice Smith as Tim Goodman, Kathryn Newton as Lucy and Ryan Reynolds as the voice of Pikachu, has only just been finalised, a release date has been issued for the upcoming Legendary Entertainment film. The European rating board for video games (PEGI,) has issued a rating for Detective Pikachu, (known as Great Detective Pikachu in the West,) which means after having released last year on 3DS in Japan, the likes of Europe could be getting the Pikachu Pokémon game after all!
