Nintendo might not be ready to announce an Android release date for Super Mario Run just yet, but they have just given us a release window.
When it was first announced during Apple’s iPhone event on the 7th of September, it wasn’t that long after before owners of iOS devices could pre-register for the app in the App Store and now owners of Android devices can do the same. Super Mario Run is currently available for pre-registration in the Google Play Store and if the iOS release is anything to go by, it is highly likely we could see the mobile Mario title come to Android anytime within the next three months, with February being more likely than March.
Now I don’t know about you, but that is a great piece of news, since a lot of mobile gamers out there have had to wait a long time for this day to come, let alone the actual Android release day, but I will say this Android users. Super Mario Run does feature a one-time in-game payment that costs $9.99 US dollars for the full game and it is more than worth it! If you don’t want to buy the game, fair enough, just don’t do what a lot of the iOS owners/gamers did and complain about the price. We’ve all had enough headache about that already due to all the complaints on social media, we don’t need any more.
