Coming this Thursday!

Nintendo’s answer to The Sims but with their own Mii characters, Tomodachi Life: Living The Dream will be showcased in a Nintendo Direct later this week. On January 29th, 2026, Nintendo will premiere a 20-minute presentation for Tomodachi Life: Living The Dream on their respective YouTube channels and on their Nintendo Today app. As to what details and features will be shown during the direct, has not been specified.

The presentation is said to go live at the following times: 06:00 PT / 09:00 ET / 14:00 UTC and 15:00 CET for those in Europe.

As fans of the likes of Miitopia and Miitomo, I am certainly excited to see what is in store for the upcoming Nintendo Direct. What about you? We are holding out for a potential demo being dropped on the eShop soon after the direct, but time will soon tell.
