Great change is afoot. Version 2.0.0 is available now for Animal Crossing: New Horizons and so much has changed and that’s before we even factor in the Happy Home Paradise changes as well. So, to celebrate all things Animal Crossing, we’re creating a new series of guides dedicated to the new series of content.

In this particular guide, we’re covering how to find Brewster:

How to Find Brewster in Animal Crossing: New Horizons:

Who is Brewster?:

Having first appeared in Animal Crossing: Wild World, Brewster is a blue rock dove, better known as a pigeon. who was infamous for being the proprietor of The Roost and is a fantastic coffee maker. Brewster’s absence in Animal Crossing: New Horizons was well noticed, but now the time for missing him is over thanks to version 2.0.0 finally adding him in.

Where to Find Brewster?:

To first find Brewster, players will need to first go see Blathers in the museum and Blathers will actually talk about Brewster, telling the player that his friend is off trying to find Gyroid’s and encourages the player to go find him.

From Blathers players will then need to go hunt down Kapp’n and embark on one of Kapp’n’s Boat Tours. Doing this will give players the chance to find Brewster on one of the random islands, where they can then speak to him and he will say about visiting your island.

How to Get Brewster to open The Roost?:

In order to get Brewster to do what he does best and get The Roost to open up a branch on your island, after speaking to him, players will need to return back to their island and speak to Blathers once again.

Upon learning Brewster will be visiting, Blathers will tell you the museum will be closed for construction the next day. When construction is over, The Roost can be found inside the museum, next to the art exhibit.

To further help anyone who is struggling to find Brewster, we have recorded some gameplay of the steps you must take to find Brewster (along with a little procrastination trying to find an annoying bug buried in the ground). You can watch gameplay video below.

As always, we hope you found this guide helpful and if further assistance is required, perhaps you should check out our other guides on Animal Crossing: New Horizons:
