Gravilogic is known for its handy Nintendo Switch accessory, the Switchblades. This accessory slides into the side rails of your Nintendo Switch and provides two sturdy kickstands with multiple positions to support your Nintendo Switch console in Tabletop mode. They also double as dust protectors to keep the sensors inside the side rails free of dirt, dust, and grime.

The Switchblades started out as a Kickstarter campaign last year and reached funding of $55,286. They come in an assortment of colors and materials and were available at different tiers, with some costing a little bit more than others. Gravilogic has a new campaign, this time available directly from their website for a new type of Switchblade that matches the color of the black Nintendo Switch and is made of 6061 Aluminum with a black powder finish.

The project, titled “Project Black Bird” is now live and will continue until May 8th, 2020. Should it reach its minimum goal of 1,050 pre-orders, Gravilogic will produce the new Switchblades and distribute them sometime in October 2020, should there be no further issue with the COVID-19 pandemic.

You can check out the project on the Gravilogic website for more information and can back the project on the same page. We also did a “Hands-On” video of the first wave of Switchblades on our YouTube channel, which you can check out here.
