The past weekend was quite an eventful one with three highly intense and entertaining Nintendo E3 2019 Tournaments. The Super Smash Bros. Ultimate World Championship 2019, Slatoon 2 World Championship 2019 and Super Mario Maker 2 Invitational 2019 were truly a site to behold with participants from all over the world. For those of you that may have missed out on watching the finals of any of these tournaments and would like to know who won what? We have listed all the winners below.
Splatoon 2 World Championship 2019 Winners
The Splatoon 2 World Championship 2019 saw a lot of thrilling battles taking place. Japanese team GGBOYZ defended their title as World Champions for a second consecutive win beating off the likes of FTWin from the US. The GG Boys will have their names forever etched into the Sterling Squid Trophy.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate World Championship 2019 Winners
The Super Smash Bros. Ultimate World Championship 2019 3v3 saw Team Japan reign victorious over Team Europe. The battles were heated and incredibly exciting to watch. After a 3-1 victory in a best of five rounds, Nintendo of America President, Doug Bowser presented Team Japan with their trophy.
Super Mario Maker 2 Invitational 2019 Winner
The Super Mario Maker 2 Invitational 2019 saw YouTube personalities The Completionist and AbdallahSmash026 go head to head with an exceptionally close finish in the final. Abdallah beat Jirard Khalil and was awarded the SMM2 Invitational Trophy by the game’s producer Takashi Tezuka himself.
