Thanks to translated details from Perfectly Nintendo regarding the new dlc for Hyrule Warriors, we now have a whole bunch of details we can go over.
But before we start talking about Marin’s and Linkle’s new weapon and their attributes, let’s start with the new update. Releasing alongside the dlc, the update will raise the max level capacity for all characters, fixes bugs and add new medals, which all pertain to the new adventure mode map based on Koholint Island from Link’s Awakening.
As well as Marin and the new weapons, the new map will have plenty of Heart Pieces, Heart Containers, Skulltulas and 16 costumes for your playable Warriors and 16 clothing options for your Fairy companions. Also available from the new Adventure Map are Rank 4+ weapons that will feature two elemental attributes instead of one. What isn’t known however is if they will be even stronger or feature a new design.
Armed with the Sea Lily’s Bell from Link’s Awakening, Marin can create shockwaves and summon the Wind Fish when using her Special Attack. As for Linkle’s new weapon, the Pegasus Boots, (Lightning attribute) will enable the female hero to pummel her enemies with a flurry of kicks, but she won’t be alone either as her friends the cuccos will also help her in battle whenever using the boots.

We have yet to receive a release date for Europe and North America but it shouldn’t be too long a wait before we do get to find out.
