The indie game by Shin’en Multimedia that High Speed Racing Fans have been waiting for on the Wii U is finally here! Referred to as the Spiritual successor of F-Zero & F-Zero X, Fast Racing NEO is the Immense, High Octane, Sci-Fi Racer that aims to wow and thrill even the most Devoted Fans of other game titles such as Wipeout, Aero Gauge & of course F-Zero.

Available from today (December 10) viathe Wii U eShop, Fast Racing NEO boasts 16 courses & 16 Mirrored Courses, and up to 10 different vehicles to unlock with various game modes like Championship, Time Attack & Hero Mode, there is plenty of replayability to be had and also four person multiplayer four when you want to really show some mettle and give your friends a proper thrashing.

The anti-gravity vehicles look fantastic and the Tracks are amazing, in fact the visuals for this game are just absolutely stunning! A true first rate job from a third-party indie developer. The game runs smoothly at 60fps with only a few brief dips on the odd occassion. The game becomes somewhat erratic in Multiplayer mode but when you have 2-4 split screens, each producing HD graphics of High Speed rendering, there is going to be some setbacks but on the whole this game is just brilliant and for just $14.99 US or £10.99 GB it isn’t going to break the bank either.

Here is the Official Nintendo write-up for the game on their Website.
