How to Build the Pawmo Deck (Shining Revelry):

Being the simplified TCG app that it is, when building decks in Pokémon TCG Pocket, 20 cards make up each deck and players are free to create them however they wish, from the cards they have in their collection. But to build a specific deck like the Pawmo Deck (Shining Revelry), you will need the following Shining Revelry, Triumphant Light, Mythical Island, Genetic Apex and PROMO-A cards:
