Being the simplified TCG app that it is, when building decks in Pokémon TCG Pocket, 20 cards make up each deck and players are free to create them however they wish, from the cards they have in their collection. But to build a specific deck like the Weavile exDeck(Space-Time Smackdown), you will need the following Space-Time Smackdownand PROMO-A cards:
