Now that Nintendo has shared the most recent sales numbers (September 30, 2020) for a lot of their Switch games and even provided for sales for some titles up to June 2020, having been following the numbers closely for the last three and a half years we are delighted to reveal that 33 Switch games published by Nintendo have all passed the 1 million sales mark and we will be sharing that complete list, right here:

  1. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe – 28.99 million (Sales numbers based on game availability between April 28, 2017 – September 30, 2020)
  2. Animal Crossing: New Horizons – 26.04 million (Sales numbers based on game availability between March 20, 2020 – September 30, 2020)
  3. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate – 21.10 million (Sales numbers based on game availability between December 7, 2018 – September 30, 2020)
  4. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild – 19.74 million (Sales numbers based on game availability between March 3, 2017 – September 30, 2020)
