Bandai Namco have shared the opening movie cinematic for their upcoming Digimon game Digimon Survive. The movie focuses on the main protagonists as they are about to go on a class trip even though the place they are going was recently affected by a strange earthquake.
No Digimon appear in the movie itself, unless you count the final screenshot with the title of the game and a list of platforms it will release on. Digimon Survive will release sometime in 2020.
If you have yet to watch the opening movie, you can check it out below in the official announcement from Bandai Namco.
