*Update: It has come to light that the following information is a hoax and not to be believed at all.

Last year at E3, Metroid: Samus Returns was revealed and Metroid Prime 4 was unveiled and confirmed to be in development for the Nintendo Switch and going by the latest rumoured news, we’ll actually be seeing Metroid Prime at this year’s E3 as well.

Of course it was believed and rumoured anyway that Metroid Prime 4 and the Pokémon game for Switch, would be Nintendo’s hard-hitters at E3 this year, but it has now been “confirmed” by the official E3 app that a new trailer of Metroid Prime 4 will be shown, as well as a PlayStation at E3 2018 conference that will talk about The Last of Us. Also confirmed to appear is Crackdown 3 for Xbox One, Ori and the Wil of the Wisps, State of Decay 2 and Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

As it stands, this information is just rumours, so by no means should you take any of it with a grain of salt at this time. If they are true, they are but a they are sampling of what is to come and get us excited for the huge gaming event that will kick off on June 12th of 2018!
