Since first leaked by Laura Kate Dale, virtually nothing has been said regarding Mario RPG: Invasion of the Rabbids (formal title,) until now.

If the latest rumour is true, Grant Kirkhope, the composer who really made a name for himself in his chosen field, is the composer behind the upcoming Mario/Rabbids title, which was previously said to be a Nintendo Switch launch title and talked about during the Switch presentation next month.

Whether or not it is true, giving what Kirkhope did with Banjo-Kazooie, he certainly is the man for the job as there is no composer out there that would be better suited for the task of, but should this turn out to be false (and I’m really hoping it’s not), at least we can look forwards to hearing his musings when Yooka-Laylee and Hex Heroes finally releases. Although I am leaning towards this being true since Dale isn’t the only one saying it and Kirkhope had this to say on Twitter yesterday:

But what do you make of this news? Let us know!
