Earlier this week we got to learn that Nintendo’s free mobile, social app, Miitomo is set to release in Switzerland and Mexico on the 30th of June and now it’s been confirmed South Africa will also be getting Miitomo on the same day.
The inclusion of these three countries will bring Miitomo’s global reach to 19 countries around the globe. The inclusion couldn’t have happened at a better time because The Legend of Zelda/Miitomo crossover event is still ongoing, meaning there is still time for new users to acquire a whole range of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild clothing options. That being said, the event will end on the 14th of July, so new users will need to do what they can to raise as many coins and tokens they can for both the shop and Miitomo Drop! Luckily though the daily sign in bonus can help with that.
So if you are a resident in South Africa, Switzerland or Mexico, and are looking to download Miitomo, you will be able to pick up the app from either the Google Play Store for Android devices, or the App Store for iOS devices next week.
