The Xenoblade studio provided programming and graphics assistance to Nintendo EPD Production Group No. 3!

On November 5, 2026, Monolith Soft confirmed that it handled partial contract development for game design, programming, and graphics on the The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake.

The Xenoblade Chronicles studio (owned by Nintendo) listed the title on its portfolio and issued a brief statement. It is credited in the game’s Special Thanks section alongside leadership names. Primary development remained with Nintendo EPD Production Group No. 3 (director HokWai Ng; producers Eiji Aonuma and Hidemaro Fujibayashi). This continues Monolith Soft’s established support role on recent Zelda titles (Breath of the Wild, Tears of the Kingdom) and other 2026 Nintendo Switch 2 projects such as Splatoon Raiders.
