Now that September 27, 2024 has arrived, the western release of REYNATIS for the Nintendo Switch has finally arrived. As an RPG with plenty to do in-game, we felt it was only fitting to create a small series of guides, dedicated to key aspects of the game. In this guide, we are detailing when the NEO: The World Ends With You content becomes available in-game, minor spoilers are to be expected:
How to Unlock “Yet Another Day” Scenario (NEO: The World Ends with With You):
Just in case a long-awaited sequel wasn’t enough, the legacy of The World Ends With You continues once more, thanks to an extra special collaboration that takes place in REYNATIS. For eager fans wishing to enjoy the NEO: TWEWY content as soon as possible, while it is not missable, this side episode, becomes available from Chapter 20: The Coast of Judgement onwards.
Unlike the other obtainable scenarios, which can be accessed from the “Office Computer” locatated in OWL’s Office, for this scenario you will need to head to the Church and interact with the golden glowing spot. If done right, there will be a warning prompt, encouraging players to be Lv.45 before undertaking it. Players will get the option to back out if they are not ready to play, otherwise, you need only to click on yes to allow the scenario to play out.
If you select yes, protagonist Marin Kirizumi will find himself in a parallel version of Shibuya, only he’s not alone. From REYNATIS, Marin will be joined by Moa Fukamachi. The two of them will undertake multiple battles against Noise and make new allies in the form of Shoka Sakurane, and Rindo Kanade from NEO: The World Ends With You.
The reward for completing the Yet Another Day scenario is an extra special Wizart, which can be seen pictured below. Furthermore, for players who wish play through the final boss battle once more, you can do so by interacting with the golden glowing pin locatated inside the church.
