With the weekend over and all the doom and gloom that swiftly arrives with another Monday, I found myself at a loss over what to and what game should I play?
Naturally, at this point, even though I don’t have them yet, there are two games I am obsessed with mentally (The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword and Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin.)
So I turned my Switch on and despite the massive library of available games (easily more than 350 at this point), none of them leapt out at me. Not even Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, yet all of a sudden, there I was, grabbing my phone and booting up Mario Kart Tour.
The last couple of weeks I had hardly bothered with it, but today there was a massive appeal for it and before I knew it, I was eager to get stuck right in and start enjoying myself as I did in the old days.
By no means is it the mainline series game many have spent the last few years wishing for, but it’s the one we’ve got and I for one have every desire to enjoy the Summer Tour.
