Since the introduction of amiibo on June 10, 2014, the toys-to-life product has gone on to be compatible with four pieces of hardware (Nintendo 3DS, New Nintendo 2DS XL, Nintendo Wii U and the Nintendo Switch) and just when it looks like amiibo might finally be on its way out the door, recent months have shown to us that Nintendo is not quite ready to bid farewell to them just yet, thanks to the announcement of more to come.

In this guide, we will be providing details on all known upcoming amiibo and games will be using the new amiibo. Let’s do it:
