Since the introduction of amiibo on June 10, 2014, the toys-to-life product has gone on to be compatible with four pieces of hardware (Nintendo 3DS, New Nintendo 2DS XL, Nintendo Wii U and the Nintendo Switch) and just when it looks like amiibo might finally be on its way out the door, 2023 showed us that Nintendo are not quite ready to bid farewell to them just yet.

In this guide, we are looking back on every amiibo Nintendo released in 2023. Let’s do it:
