If you’re a fan of Pokémon Café Mix but not too keen on the current line-up of available Pokémon, you might just be in luck. Unused content for the mobile and Nintendo Switch game, has been datamined and during said datamine, 40 Pokémon have been discovered.

As of right now, May 17, 2021, 9 of the 40 datamined Pokémon were successfully added, whereas two Pokémon from the datamine, have only ever appeared in the game’s opening cutscene.
