With the Gamepolis VII Edicíon 2019 Video game festival behind us now. It’s time to look back over the even and give our impressions. Overall, the festival was a joy as always. I enjoy seeing it get bigger and better every year. Nintendo Iberíca was the Official Sponsor to the event, making it that much more special. The inclusion of the E3 game demos available to play makes it much more interesting as well.

That said there are a few things that I think need to be addressed. Most importantly are the queues. Nobody really wants to wait over an hour or two just to play 15 minutes of gameplay. Couple that with the fact that people keep cutting into the line, left, right, and centre does leave some people with a bitter taste in their mouths.

I did get to meet the legendary Rock Daddy of First Person Shooters, Mr. John Romero, the creator/co-creator of Doom, Wolfenstein and Quake. He was at the event as a special guest, along with his wife Brenda.

Anyhow, you can hear all our thoughts in the video.
