It’s the final countdown!
All things come to an end and after nine weeks of this Getting Solid with Solid Jack Fitness Boxing blog, it’s time for this to end the blog!
Personally, while I would love to suddenly continue this for an extra couple of weeks with the possibility of continuing until May, when I move back to the UK, the reality is time is not on my side. It hasn’t been the last couple of weeks and the last seven days have been appalling.
Sure, somehow I was able to lose another kilo, thus getting me halfway to my goal during the last two months, but I would have preferred being able to lose a couple more, given the fact I have amassed more than 70 hours exercising, coupled with six weeks of working on a constructing site as a labourer.
Just because it’s the end of the road though, it does me I can ease up a little, divulge in Fitness Boxing here and there and be able to spend my Tuesday nights resting instead of typing. So, for the last time, here are the final statistics to my time with Fitness Boxing:

I’m concerned about you’re results. Having done my own trial, in 30 days I threw just under 100,000 punches and my calorie burn was about 30,000 (roughly 8.5lbs) add into that I ate healthy every single day and drank nothing but water, I ended up with a 15, almost 16lb deficit.
I have been struggling for weight loss for a long time and no matter what I do, even when eating healthy, nothing seems to work. Poor metabolism I guess.
