Now that we’ve got our Bayonetta 1 to 3 Digest out of the way, let’s talk, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild!
As some had suspected, whilst also at The Game Awards 2017, the release date for the Champions’ Ballad DLC was in fact revealed and it is out now already now that the show is over. You will need to update your game to version 1.4.0 in order to play it, but given the new dungeon it adds, added story and a motorcycle Link can ride around on in Hyrule, you are definitely going to want to play and buy the DLC if you never brought the Expansion Pass before. Below we will be sharing a trailer for the DLC, footage of some of it in action, part of the press release that concerns it and an official overview:

REDMOND, Wash., Dec. 7, 2017 – Nintendo received a number of honors at The Game Awards in Los Angeles, winning the awards for Game of the Year for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Best Family Game for Super Mario Odyssey and Best Handheld Game for Metroid: Samus Returns. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild also won the awards for Best Game Direction and Best Action/Adventure Game.
Fans of The Legend of the Zelda: Breath of the Wild game got a new look at the game’s second DLC pack, The Champions’ Ballad, as well as the surprise news that it launched shortly after The Game Awards livestream. In this second of two DLC packs that are part of the game’s Expansion Pass, players are granted access to a large new adventure featuring a never-before-seen dungeon, new insights into the background of the game’s four Champions, as well as a new high-mobility means of transportation. Once players complete the adventure, they will have the opportunity to traverse the enormous world of Hyrule on top of a motorcycle called Master Cycle Zero. The DLC will also grant access to nine new armor items for players to find, as well as the Ancient Saddle and Bridle items. Players who purchase the Expansion Pass for $19.99 receive The Champions’ Ballad DLC Pack 2, as well as The Trial of the Sword DLC Pack 1, which launched earlier this year. Following the guidance of an unseen voice, Link encounters a new test: the Divine Beast Tamer’s Trial. Overcoming all these obstacles will earn you the power to call upon the Master Cycle Zero.
Additionally, help the travelling bard Kass complete an unfinished song left behind by his mentor. Better still, Kass is also inspired to write some new verses of his own, revealing scenes from the Champions’ and Princess Zelda’s past that even Link never knew of. And what exactly could Kass’ mentor song be…?

9 hidden items for you to find:
The following items, which pay tribute to The Legend of Zelda series, can now be found scattered across Hyrule: Island Lobster Shirt, Ravio’s Hood, Zant’s Helmet, Phantom Ganon Skull, Phantom Ganon Armor and Phantom Ganon Greeves. You can also find the Royal Guard Cap, Royal Guard Uniform and Royal Guard Boots, which were once worn by Hyrule’s royal guards.
Ancient Horse Gear:
The Ancient Bridle, which increases the spurs available when riding the equipped horse, and the Ancient Saddle, which lets you summon the equipped horse wherever it is, are hidden in treasure chest somewhere in Hyrule, waiting to be found.
