Back when we had the chance to interview Konami earlier this year, they teased plenty of big updates are on the way and now that TGS 2017 has arrived, certain details have emerged.

Firstly a new Grand Prix Mode has been announced as part of Super Bomberman R’s TGS 2017 appearance and it’s a mode where players can engage in 3-on3 team battles. There is also a new Crystal rule being put into effect as part of and there are 3 new characters on the way, who all have a unique set of skills. The new characters are Reiko Hinomoto from Rumble Roses and Zone of Enders’ Anubis and Jehuty.

 

While no other additional English details are available just we do have these photos to share in the meantime, which also covers a new Super Bomberman R soundtrack that goes on sale this November for Japan:
