If UK based iOS Super Mario Run gamers thought the one-time purchase was expensive before, it’s now £9.99 to buy the full game.

The reason for this 25% increase is because of Brexit, (the UK leaving the European Union,) an act that has seen the strength of the pound drop, causing Apple to reassess their prices for games, apps and more and now, as expected, the price for the full Super Mario Run experience has also gone up.

Since Super Mario Run has yet to release in the United Kingdom, it would be interesting to see how much Goole Play Store values the pound and see if the app requires the original £7.99 asking price, or the new £9.99 price set by Apple.
