With the NES Mini releasing a little later this month, some members of the press have already got their hands on the blast from the past console and Nintendo Force have made an interesting discovering.

Anyone who buys the console, will receive a code card that can be used to redeem 300 Platinum Points for the My Nintendo reward system. Personally I find the reward to be lacking that something special, surely Gold Points would have been a much better reward, or at least a ton more Platinum Points, as opposed to a lowly 300. But then what does it matter when the rewards that we have been getting aren’t as great as the rewards we could be getting?
