As we move into the final week of the Mythical Celebi distribution, time is ticking down, as we are now less than two weeks away before we can get our hands on Jirachi.
With moves such as: Confusion, Recover, Heal Bell and Safeguard, Lv.100 Celebi has been up for grabs all month but that will come to an end on the 24th of March, so if you haven’t got yours yet, what are you waiting for? Get out there and get the Legendary before you miss the opportunity altogether. But just because Celebi’s time is over, it just means that Jirachi’s reign can begin.
Available from the Nintendo network, you can get your own Jirachi through the means of Mystery gift and just like Celebi, and Mew before him, this steel/psychic-type Pokémon is compatible Pokémon X, Y, Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby. You will have up to the 24th of April, 2016 to get Jirachi and if you don’t yet know what moves he comes with, you can find them below along with his hidden ability:
- Hidden Ability: Serene Grace
If you are new to the series or just new to receiving Pokémon via Nintendo Network, the process is fairly simple. All you need is to be present in an area where you can access the Nintendo Network, your hand-held console and your copy of one of the ORAS or X & Y games:
How to Receive your Jirachi:
-First turn on your device, load up the game and access Mystery Gift.
–Click “Receive Gift,” then “Get Via Internet.”
-You should then see the gift Pokémon (Jirachi) pop up and be asked if you want to receive it. Select “Yes.”
-You will then be told to not turn off your device whilst receiving your gift.
-Once received you will be able to see the “Wonder Card,” which thanks you for playing Pokémon and tells you that you can pick up your gift from the delivery girl at any of the Pokémon Centres in game.
-Lastly, go to a Pokémon Centre of your choice, and speak to the delivery girl. She will then give you your Jirachi. (Whoooo!)
