Good things come to those who wait!
Nintendo always likes to keep us guessing when the next big Nintendo Direct is coming. Sometimes they announce it a week in advance, other times they shadow drop it as a Partner Showcase. This time is no different.
The Big N has officially revealed that the next Nintendo Direct will take place on June 9, 2026 (tomorrow as of writing this article).
It’s quite a hefty presentation too — the Nintendo Direct is scheduled to run for a full 50 minutes, focusing on games coming to both Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2. Nothing has been confirmed regarding whether The Legend of Zelda movie will be teased or shown, but since Nintendo didn’t rule it out, we might just get lucky and see our first glimpse of their ambitious live-action project.
If you’d like to watch the Nintendo Direct live, be sure to tune into Nintendo’s official YouTube channels at the following times: 7:00 AM PST / 10:00 AM EST / 3:00 PM BST / 4:00 PM CEST.
