Nintendo always likes to keep us guessing when it is going to have it’s next big Nintendo Direct. Sometimes they will announce it a week in advance. Other times, it could be randomly shadow dropped as a partner showcase. This time is no different as the Big N has now officially revealed that the next Nintendo Direct is in fact on June 9th, 2026 (tomorrow as of writing this article).
It’s quite a hefty presentation as well as the Nintendo Direct will be 50-minutes long, focusing on games coming to Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2. Nothing has been mentioned if The Legend of Zelda movie will be teased or shown, but Nintendo didn’t specify that it wouldn’t be either so maybe we will get lucky to see a first glimpse of their ambitious live-action motion picture.
If you would like to check out the Nintendo Direct when it goes live, be sure to tune into Nintendo’s respective YouTube Channels from 7am PST/ 10am EST/ 3pm BST/ 4pm CEST.
