As of November 26, 2024, EarthBound icons have returned to Nintendo Switch Online, for a limited time only. Of the 20 icons added, all are Characters, with none of them being new. For anyone wishing to pick them up, in case you missed out on them previously, you have until December 9, 2024 at 00:59 UTC to do so.
