The Jet Set Radio inspired Bomb Rush Cyberfunk brings cool tricks, sweet vibes, and snazzy tunes at a steady 30 frames per second. It looks and plays pretty great but what if I told you that you can take that 30fps and ramp it up to 60fps? Well, you can and it is as easy as changing from kicks to skates with a single press of a button.
Okay, it is not as simple as that, but it is still pretty simple. All you have to do is boot up the game and then press + to access the pause menu. From here, go to Options and then find the Unleash The Beast option. Turn it and and return to game and “Hey Presto!” You can now enjoy Bomb Rush Cyberfunk in relatively smooth 60 frames per second.
It is worth noting that it feels pretty solid for the most, but you may witness some slowdown when the game gets busier with NPC’s and if the Heat Level increases (spawning more police).
As a disclaimer, should there be any performance issues when playing Bomb Rush Cyberfunk (especially if the frame rate starts to dip) you can always turn Unleash The Beast Mode off to return the game to its steady 30fps.
