Monster Hunter Rise Receives Black Belt Armor & Defender Weapons Update

Monster Hunter Rise has received a new free content update for the game. It is the Black Belt Armor and Defender Weapons set that is designed for beginner players and helps them become familiar with the game easier. There are 14 weapons in total (one for each weapon type) and they are much stronger than the base Kamura set. These weapons can also be upgraded at the blacksmiths to become even stronger

As for the Black Belt Armor, it will lessen the damage your character can take and will also have skills that can make your attacks stronger too. A Layered Armor set of the Black Belt Armor is also included in the update so you wear the armor cosmetically while still having the perks of your other armor.

Both the Black Belt Armor and the Defender Weapons can be redeemed from Senri the Mailman in-game after it has been updated to version 3.9.
