Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes Of An Elusive Age

Square-Enix has announced during the Dragon Quest Summer Festival Tokyo 2019, that a demo is on the way for Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age – Definitive Edition on Nintendo Switch. While a release date has yet to be announced, it seems that only Japan will be receiving the demo for the moment.

Players who have a Japanese Nintendo Account will be able to download the demo to their Switch consoles. Switch owners who download the demo will be able to transfer their Save Data over to the full game. They will also receive a Skill Seed to be used in the full game. A Special Card titled “The One Descended from Erdrick [S]” will also be rewarded and can be used in Dragon Quest Rivals, a Japanese exclusive Switch game.

Square Enix also confirmed a “North Leather Style” Outfit for Erik/Camus and that players will be able to adventure to the World of Dragon Quest X in Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes Of An Elusive Age.
