With rumblings that a new Nintendo Direct could be announced at any time, we would expect big announcements to be held until then, but that is not what Capcom had in mind today as they stealth-dropped out of nowhere that Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen is coming to the Nintendo Switch this April 23rd.

An announcement of this magnitude would be expected to come during Nintendo’s mini-events, but this makes you wonder if a game like not being featured on a Direct means that the Nintendo Direct themselves will have even bigger announcements? For now, enjoy the reveal trailer for Nintendo Switch’s port of Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen.
