Nippon Ichi have announced that their game Disgaea 5 has been quite successful on the Nintendo Switch and has sold 200,000 copies worldwide. The President of Nippon Ichi, Sohei Niikawa has also stated that they wil be targeting the Nintendo Switch as one of the platforms that they will be releasing new IP’s and sequels for 2018

On another note, NIS America will be hosting a press event next month where they may announce some new games coming to the Nintendo Switch. If not, we will at least be informed on some of the games being localized for the west, perhaps Four Knight Princess which will see release on March 8 for Japan.
