Niantic said they would deliver regular updates and it seems that really is the case as a new update for both iOS and Android devices is now available to download straight from the App & Google Play Store.

There are no ground-breaking changes to be had by updating this time around, such as faster loading time, or hard to ignore bugs such as constantly freezing being rectified. Instead the patch notes simply state minor text fixes have been implemented and only that, but should you wish to upgrade anyway, iOS users can now acquire version 1.0.3 whereas Android users can download version 0.29.3 today.

Should any details regarding the update for Android devices, or even new release details emerge, we’ll be sure to add it to our site as soon as we are able.
