*UPDATE: (04/05/16)

The Miketendo64 Zapdos Giveaway has now ended and our Winner has been chosen. If you are our Winner, we will be in touch shorty to begin arrangements.

In light of the latest distribution to get underway this month, a distribution just for those in Europe and North America who signed up for the Pokémon Trainer Club Newsletter prior to April 22nd we also have a Pokémon to give away, but more on that later.

Back to the Pokémon Trainer Club Newsletter, those who did sign up for it should check their emails now as the newsletter has been sent out and in it are a three serial codes, (one for Articuno, one for Zapdos and one for Moltres.) Each Pokémon comes at Lv.70 they are not shiny and each one has their own special ability. (Snow Cloak for Articuno, Static for Zapdos and Flame Body for Moltres.) The codes can only be used once each and have yet to have an expiration date revealed, so with that in mind, be sure to grab yours as soon as you can.

Now because this distribution seems to be strictly for Europe and North America and the fact that I already have a Zapdos, I have a European serial code for a Pokémon I don’t need, so with that in mind, I’m putting it up for grabs and all you have to do to be in for the chance to win it is tell us which of the three birds is your favourite and why? As for how can you send us your responses? You can do so by:

Commenting on the bottom of this post

Commenting wherever you see this article shared on Facebook

Commenting on our Facebook Page Miketendo64

There is no need to share this, nor like our page or even follow our blog, just provide us an answer and we will select one winner by random and contact you through Facebook to arrange sending you the code. But should you happen to not be in Europe or North America that isn’t a problem as I already have an unused Lv.70 Zapdos in the Pokémon Bank that can be traded for whatever Pokémon of your choosing. (It can be any Pokémon at any level, something you deliberately caught just for this trade.) Should this be the route we do go down, again we will get in touch via Facebook to send you my Friend Code for the 3DS to connect and arrange a trade.

Now because of code expiration being an uncertainty, this giveaway is only a short one and will run only for today until later on tonight (the 3rd of May) at 23:59PM Pacific time. At which point a winner will be chosen and we will establish contact. Best of luck to all who do choose to enter. Pokémon has been a huge backbone for our website, so with that this will not be the only Pokémon giveaway we host, but merely the first.

But remember, you only have until a minute before midnight tonight, so be sure to get those answers in! We want to see them!

  1. My favorite is Articuno! I love his majestic and elegant look! And hes name contains the word “uno” which means number one! 😀

  2. Zapdos has always been me and my dad’s favorite since red, blue, and yellow. He’s the best-looking, and the best in battle. Any electric type that’s immune to earthquake is awesome in my book, and Drill Peck is amazing in Generation 1.
