Optional “automatic volume adjustment” has arrived.
Just in case Nintendo Music adding 31 tracks from The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, this week wasn’t enough, a new update is available for the app that adds an ‘optional automatic volume adjustment feature’. For the full patch notes, we have them here:
Nintendo Music | Ver. 1.1.0 Patch Notes: (Released March 4, 2025)
- An optional automatic volume adjustment feature has been added, which can be enabled to reduce volume variations between tracks. If you prefer the volume levels as they are, the feature can be disabled in the settings for this app.
- We’ve fixed some issues to allow for a smoother experience when using this app.

- Offline Playback – Download tracks to your device for offline listening.
- Background Playback – Play tracks in the background, while your device’s screen is off or if you’re using a different app.
- Create Playlists – Organize tracks into personalized playlists.
