Over recent years, Nintendo has gotten into the habit of publishing a digital magazine to highlight their many games that gamers may be interested in playing of the Summer Holidays. This year is no exception as the Nintendo Magazine Summer 2024 is available now over on the official Nintendo.co.jp website.
The digital magazine is available in both Japanese and English with the full version of the magazine (in Japanese), totalling 84 pages and a features only version (in English) with 56 pages. The extra 28 pages in the full Japanese version are dedicated to some smaller articles about the Nintendo Switch itself, Nintendo Switch Online, and a catalogue of games and gaming products.

As for what is covered on the main feature pages, Luigi takes the front page as well as the first main feature being dedicated to him and games that he has appeared in including Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD which released just recently. Other features include games like Princess Peach Showtime, Endless Ocean Luminous, and a special interview with Splatoon’s Superstars The Squid Sisters, Off The Hook, and Deep Cut.

If you would like to check out the Nintendo Magazine Summer 2024 digital magazine for yourself, you can do so via the following link to the official website. There is also a neat QR code on one of the pages that will take you to a special playlist containing some musical numbers that have appeared in Nintendo games as part of their Nintendo Magazine Music Fest with songs from KK Slider, Pauline, Hatsune Miku, The Deedly Dees, the Chirpy Chips, and more. Should you have trouble scanning the QR code, you can still listen to the music fest playlist over on YouTube here.
I should also point out that there is another QR code on page 16 that is meant to take you to the Splatoon Base website. Unfortunately, due to its small size, it doesn’t clear up well when zooming in. However, not to worry as we do have another link for that so you can listen to some more music arrangements from the Squid Sisters, Off The Hook, Deep Cut, and more from the world of Splatoon.
