“Peach, you’re so cool…”
With the release of Princess Peach: Showtime! finally here, everything, including social media feeds, is looking downright peachy. Princess Peach is the star of her own game once again, but her star power will not be confined to just one title. On top of a demo that is available to those hesitant to pick up the latest Nintendo release, a new event is now underway in the mobile application, Super Mario Run.
In contrast to the previous Super Mario Bros. Wonder tie-in event that affected the Toad Rally mode, the new Princess Peach: Showtime! event is tied to the game’s Tour mode, which does mean unlike Toad Rally that is free to play, to experience every Tour stage, players who haven’t yet, will need to pay to unlock it.
For the full announcement regarding the Princess Peach: Showtime! event, we have the full details here:
The Princess Peach: Showtime! event is going on now! (March 22, 2024 07:00)
The Princess Peach™: Showtime! game for the Nintendo Switch™ system is available today!
Princess Peach: Showtime! – Princess Peach travels to the Sparkle Theater, home to many performances, when suddenly Grape and the Sour Bunch make their grand entrance and turn all of the plays into tragedies!
Take center stage as Peach to take back the theater and save the day!
- Joined by Stella – The helpful guardian of the Sparkle Theater. Stella grants Peach the power of Sparkle, allowing her to help the Theets take on the Sour Bunch.

There are other transformations such as patissiere, kung fu master, ninja, cowgirl, and more!
