Whether you’re getting started with Pikmin Bloom or waiting for the game to release in your country of residence, you might be happy to learn there is a special Pikmin you can obtain in-game, as long as you have a My Nintendo account and are willing to do a lot of walking. So, in this guide, we’re going to walk you through the necessary steps to obtain your very own Mario Hat wearing, Blue Pikmin:
How to Obtain a Special Nintendo Pikmin in Pikmin Bloom:
- Step 1: Download Pikmin Bloom.
- Step 2: Start a new game with Pikmin Bloom and make sure to sign in to your My Nintendo account.
- Step 3: Once these steps have been successfully met, you will need to play through the game’s tutorial process regarding how to plant your seeds, walk to hatch them before you will then be able to plant the special Huge Seedling from Nintendo.
- Step 4: With the Huge Seedling planted, you will then need to walk 10,000 steps. Once done, congratulations, a Blue Pikmin, hailing from Kyoto, will become the newest Pikmin to join your squad and it will even be wearing a Mario hat!
