Animal Crossing all over the world rejoice for new content is coming to New Leaf in the Fall and with it comes amiibo compatibility.
If you have been diligently collecting the Animal Crossing amiibo and amiibo cards, this new update brings with it the perfect time to use them as they will enable you to have new villagers move in, get new content and even then that’s not all. We recently covered Animal Crossing and Splatoon joining forces as QR codes for New Leaf will enable you to get some Splatoon goodies as part of the upcoming Splatfest event to take place this weekend, but now even more Splatoon content is headed to Animal Crossing. From furniture, to clothing items and two squirrels that look a lot like the Squid Sisters, Splatoon is truly cementing its place into Animal Crossing, but with no official word on the Splatoon content is to be acquired, we’re assuming the recently release Callie and Marie amiibos should help with that.
