On August 21, 2026, The Pokémon Company revealed the next Themed Booster Pack for Pokémon TCG Pocket. Titled Team Rocket’s Ambition (B4a) and scheduled to release on August 27, 2026, the new set revolves around Team Rocket’s Pokémon.

Get ready for something wonderful! Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket’s next expansion, Everyday Wonders, is launching on Monday, June 29, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. PDT. This expansion is overflowing with cuteness, and Pikachu, Piplup, Snorlax, Greedent, and Sylveon are the stars of this adorable show.
Are you prepared for trouble? Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket’s next expansion, Team Rocket’s Ambition, is launching on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. PDT, introducing some truly nefarious cards for your collection.
Team Rocket’s Pokémon are the highlight of this expansion, with card art featuring the team’s iconic logo and Team Rocket grunts concocting silly schemes alongside their Pokémon. There will also be some unique Team Rocket Trainer cards you can use to power up your decks!
Make your new cards even more intimidating with covers and backdrops featuring Team Rocket’s Boss and his Persian, available on Monday, August 31, 2026.
The Great Puzzle Challenge:
Team Rocket’s Ambition: The Great Puzzle Challenge is coming soon! By solving puzzles on a special website during the campaign period, you can obtain serial codes that will allow you to claim pack hourglasses in-game. We will provide more details about this challenge alongside the expansion’s release on Wednesday, August 26, so we hope you look forward to it.
Event Overview:
Some events will be available through the end of summer to help you sharpen your skills and expand your collection.
Late August to mid-September: Take on other players in the Team Rocket’s Ambition Emblem Event! You can earn emblems based on how many battles you win and complete missions to earn Shinedust and other helpful items.
Late August to late September: By completing special missions, you can obtain Team Rocket’s shady tickets. Try to find where to use them in-game during the availability period!
Early to late September: By winning special solo battles, you can earn B series vol. 12 promo packs featuring Team Rocket’s Lapras.
Mid- to late September: During a wonder pick event, you can obtain adorable Fennekin and Meowstic promo cards.
