With Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave set to release on September 17, 2026, exclusively for the Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo announced on August 4, 2026, that the game will be getting its very own Nintendo Direct presentation.
Said to be around 20 minutes long, the Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave Nintendo Direct will feature new information about the game. The presentation is going live at the following times:
- Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 07:00 (PT)
- Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 10:00 (ET)
- Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 15:00 (UK)
- Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 16:00 (Europe)
During their announcement, Nintendo said the following:
“The Heroic Games are approaching. Tune in on Tuesday, August 4th at 16:00 CEST, for the Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave Direct presentation, featuring roughly 20 minutes of new information about the game.”

Worthy fighters from all over the land have come to Dagsion, the capital city of the Dagdan Empire, to compete in the Heroic Games for the chance to win one wish. Among the combatants are four heroes tied to the fate of the world. Whose fortune will lead them to victory?
Meet the contenders: Follow the four heroes on their separate paths to winning the Heroic Games and fulfilling their wish.
Ready your forces: Between matches, you can explore the world to strengthen your army and find resources. Train and recruit allies in Dagsion, or venture out into the land to fight bandits and monsters, delve through dungeons, and more. You have limited time to prepare, so make every action count.
Lead your army into battle: Command your units in strategic, turn-based combat against the enemy. Use everything in your arsenal to turn the tide, including your heroes’ special abilities. By learning the strengths and weaknesses of your units and directing them wisely, you just might gain the upper hand.
