In this quick guide, we’re showing you how to build the Empoleon Deck (Mega Shine), which was added to Step-Up Battle (Intermediate) Solo Battles on March 26, 2026.

Empoleon Deck (Mega Shine) is comprised of cards from Mega Shine, and PROMO-A. Players can swap out any card of their choosing with an alternate version.
