Happy Holidays from Nintendo!

With a new holiday season upon us, Nintendo have begun a new line of Happy Holidays! icons for Nintendo Switch Online, with a total of three waves expected. The distribution is said to run until December 26, 2026, with new waves arriving weekly, every Friday, from December 5, 2025. Wave 1 is available from now until December 12, 2025, at 00:59 UTC and consists of the following:

10 Characters (10 Platinum Points each)
- Of the 10 Characters, all 10 are NEW
10 Backgrounds (5 Platinum Points each)
- Of the 10 Backgrounds, all 10 are NEW
10 Frames (5 Platinum Points each)
- Of the 10 Frames, all 10 are NEW
