Resident Evil | New Pro Controller, amiibo & Special Edition Announced

With Resident Evil Requiem, Resident Evil 7 Biohazard Gold Edition, and Resident Evil Village Gold Edition, all releasing on February 27, 2026, for the Nintendo Switch, CAPCOM has announced that together with Nintendo, they’ll be releasing a Resident Evil-themed Pro Controller on the very same day.

CAPCOM has also announced that they will be releasing the very first Resident Evil amiibo. The Grace Ashcroft amiibo for Resident Evil Requiem will release sometime in Summer 2026, but just in case more news is required, CAPCOM are also releasing a Resident Evil Generation Pack, which contains Game-Key Card editions of Resident Evil Requiem, Resident Evil 7 Biohazard Gold Edition, and Resident Evil Village Gold Edition.

Lastly, for those who pre-order Resident Evil Requiem on Nintendo Switch 2, they will receive a Grace: Apocalypse bonus costume.
