A new update has just become available for Fitness Boxing 3: Your Personal Trainer, and for anyone who previosuly played Fitness Boxing 2: Rhythm & Exercise, get ready to see a new friend. In addition to a couple of changes and adjustments, Janice has returned to the Fitness Boxing series. But for a complete look at everything that’s been implemented, here are the full patch notes:

Fitness Boxing 3: Your Personal Trainer | Ver. 1.2.0 Patch Notes: (Released July 16, 2025)

Additional and Updated Features:

  • Added Janice as an instructor.
  • Added the option to stop your instructor giving you additional exercise suggestions in the Basic Settings section of the Settings menu.
  • Adjusted the contents of several missions.
  • Adjusted the contents of Mitt Drills.

Bug Fixes

  • The screen will no longer enter sleep mode while stretching.
  • Fixed a bug where Joy-Con vibration would become disabled.
  • Fixed other minor bugs.

  • Bernardo — As a teacher, Bernardo is as strict as he is kind. His students look up to him like a father figure.
  • Stella — Stella may be a recent addition to the roundup, but she’s already making waves with her cool, mysterious vibes.
  • Guy — This former pro acts tough and blunt at first. However, Guy secretly has a heart of gold—you just have to work for it!
  • Monica — A new instructor to the mix, Monica leads upbeat lessons with her fun, sports-loving attitude.
  • Evan — Evan is easygoing but shows an intense side when he gets fired up. You might find yourself in for a tough lesson!

Get to know your instructor — Step into Box and Bond sessions for a chat with your trainer and discover their hobbies, likes, and dislikes. Keep training with the same instructor to unlock all five of their sessions.

  • A wide range of options — Choose how you train, from the workout mode to the music. Plan a Daily Workout tailored to your personal goals, or jump right into a session. There’s a workout for every lifestyle!
  • Personalize your Daily Workout —Create a training routine that fits your schedule. Set your workout’s boxing moves, goals, target areas, duration, and more. Choose your intensity, from light stretching to upping the tempo!
  • More ways to move — Want to work out at your own pace? Train without following the music by throwing punches into your instructor’s gloves in Mitt Drills.
  • Or work out from your seat in Sit Fit Boxing—great for beginners and anyone who wants to play seated.
  • Take a break in the Lounge — Track your progress and check daily and weekly missions in the Lounge. Complete missions to earn in-game currency, which you can use to unlock songs, style options to give your trainer a fresh look, and more.
