Name/Known Alias: Toshihiro Kondo.

Occupation: I am the president of Nihon Falcom, I am a producer there and I am also a scenario writer.

Best Known for/Notable Works: I suppose that I am a very serious person.

Fun Fact: I have a black belt in karate.

How did you make your break into the industry: I was able to enter the company because originally I made a fan site about a Nihon Falcom game and they actually approached me and that became my entrance into the industry.

Favourite Projects to have Worked on: Probably Ys VIII.

Hardest Projects to have Worked on: The Legend of Heroes V: Cagesong of the Ocean.

Currently Working on: Currently I am working on a game that was recently announced in Japan which is a remake of Trails in the Sky.

Currently Playing: Nothing at the moment but something I do want to play is the new game soon to be released by Atlus. (Metaphor: ReFantazio)

Currently Watching: I don’t have a particular TV show but I do like history so I watch a lot of history TV shows.

Defining Career Moment:Most likely the fact that I was one of the creators of Trails in the Sky.

Throughout your career, of the many things you have since learned, is there anything you wish you knew at the beginning: I have a feeling I was a little bit rough before I spoke to other people back when I was younger.

If you had the opportunity to work with any IP, what would it be: Actually, because I’ve been working on series titles for Nihon Falcom, I would like to create a new RPG from scratch.

Is there anyone you haven’t worked with yet, but would like to: Honestly, not really. I have this feeling that all of these big industry developers have strong personalities, so I don’t think we’ll get along. We’ll get into a lot of fights.
