“Push and pull.”

While developer, Intelligent Systems is better known for Fire Emblem, Paper Mario and WarioWare, Intelligent Systems is also responsible for the Pushmo series. Consisting of four games, the final entry Stretchmo released on the Nintendo 3DS in 2015. There were rumours of a Crashmo successor for the Nintendo Wii U, but Liam Robertson alleged this game was cancelled, due to the Wii U reaching the end of its life cycle.

It was hoped once upon a time that a new entry in the series might make its way to the Nintendo Switch, but it hasn’t happened yet. What is interesting though, is while it could mean absolutely nothing, is that Intelligent Systems recently updated their website to give Pushmo its very own category on their Works webpage. So, even if no new game is in the works, at least now Pushmo is getting the chance to appear alongside the other games Intelligent Systems has worked on.
